Juvederm Volux is a cosmetic injectable made of reticulated hyaluronic acid. This product is mainly used to correct aesthetic deficiencies in the lower face. Juvederm Volux is a product of Allergan Inc. Each ml of Juvederm Volux has the following ingredients: cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin (25 mg), lidocaine hydrochloride (3 mg), and phosphate buffer pH 7.2 (q.s. 1 ml). Juvederm Volux can be used to improve the projection of a weak chin, and to restore or create definition to the jawline. This product is indicated for the treatment of adult patients who have no history of hypersensitivity to any of the components of this product. The presence of lidocaine helps to minimize discomfort during treatment.
